I use your Veecad for my hobby. I find it useful for turning out a Vero-board quickly. I now have an extensive library of component symbols, both in TinyCad and Veecad... This program is intuitive, quick to learn and produces the results I want. (JB 2009-05-22)
Finally, an easy and free way to design stripboard prototypes on the computer. It’s a Windows app, but I’m using it with no problems in CrossOver for Mac, and it should work with Wine on Linux as well. Gregorious.
I ran veecad under wine in linux. Command line is wine <name of .exe>. Flawless. Kicad-users forum.
